This article is to bring to light what has happened to the monthly jvzoo payment members. As you may know, Andrew Murray was released from our company and has created some issues during his exit. What you might not know is that all the SocialSpy payments where collected via his Jvzoo account and Michael Somerville (Product Owner) was named as a "JV" on the contract. Which means that whenever a sale would come in, Michael would get paid after Andrew had been paid.
With that being said, we have noticed in the last 60 days, that NO MONTHLY ACCOUNTS have made a payment. Now, we've tried to communicate with Andrew Murray to no avail. Which means we've had to cancel access to all the monthly memberships.
If you account was a monthly membership and you're looking to have the account re-activated, please contact support and we will assist you.
Michael is the creator and owner of SocialSpy, which has now been renamed ReachSpy. Andrew Murray was only a partner in a few products with Michael Somerville and had no actual part in the creation of SocialSpy or ReachSpy. This act of revenue blocking by Andrew is immature and sad for our valued customers. We're sorry for the issues this may have caused you, when accessing your account.
